The SAHIB Mentality

The allure of power and the desire for control are deeply ingrained in human nature. In many societies, a certain segment of the population exhibits a tendency to adopt a "SAHIB" persona, characterized by an inflated sense of self-importance, a disregard for others, and a lack of ethical grounding. This behavior often stems from a shallow understanding of the world, a preoccupation with material possessions, and a misguided pursuit of success. The underlying reasons for this phenomenon are complex and multifaceted. Often, individuals who exhibit SAHIB behavior have never ventured beyond the superficial realm of material gratification. They have not delved into the depths of philosophical thought, explored the intricacies of human relationships, or immersed themselves in the enriching experiences that cultivate empathy, compassion, and wisdom. Their narrow worldview blinds them to the true essence of human existence, reducing it to a mere accumulation of we...

The Power of Knowledge: Why Those in Power Fear the Educated

While discussing societal trends, education, and the lust for power and fame, I learned that in southeastern Balochistan, those in power target and kill the most educated people whenever there is an issue in the region. I was shocked and wondered why. The answer I got was that the system they have imposed for so many years, which guarantees them power, can only be questioned by those who are enlightened by education and knowledge. This frightens them, and so they kill those who could bring about change in society.  Historical evidence supports this claim. And one can understand why in 21st century people in Balochistan study on mat's and read books from the 90's.

Exploring the Deeper Purpose of Education and Knowledge Across Time

Throughout history, the concept of education and knowledge has evolved, raising questions about their true purpose. In the modern era, it seems that education often revolves around acquiring qualifications solely for securing a job, only to discard the acquired knowledge thereafter. This begs us to wonder: Were our predecessors motivated by the same ideals, or did they view education and knowledge through a different lens? As we delve into the past, it becomes evident that success and knowledge held a distinct meaning for those who lived thousands of years ago. Their pursuit of knowledge was not merely confined to gaining entry into influential circles; rather, it served as a means to enhance their understanding of the world, cultivate wisdom, and contribute to the betterment of society. Unlike today's fast-paced materialistic world, knowledge was cherished as a gateway to personal growth and enlightenment. The question arises: Have we, in the modern age, lost touch with the essenc...

The Duality of Character: Unveiling Authenticity and Ethics in Public and Personal Lives

I have observed that many individuals appear to possess a level of understanding, maturity, and ethics in certain social contexts. However, when it comes to their personal lives, they seem to lack these qualities. For instance, a man who presents himself as ethical and mature in the company of other men may not display the same level of respect and maturity when interacting with women. This inconsistency between their public image and personal behavior diminishes the respect I have for them. I believe that true character is reflected not only in how people present themselves publicly but also in their actions and ethics in their private lives. Respect is earned through consistent and genuine behavior that aligns with one's principles. It is essential to surround oneself with individuals who demonstrate authenticity and ethical conduct in both social and personal settings, fostering meaningful and respectful relationships.

Empowering Independent Voices: Nurturing Critical Thinking and Youth Leadership

I feel as though I reside in a country where talented and critical-thinking youth are not afforded platforms to ask questions, provide answers, and guide others. Instead, those who act as mere pawns for the elites seem to effortlessly achieve their desired positions, such as public speakers, motivational speakers, and heads of NGOs, among others. It is difficult to find individuals who are independent operators, working for genuine causes without being subservient to politicians or influential figures, or without following an agenda that restricts freedom of choice and promotes a specific narrative. And If you think you are independent while thinking and acting then let me know.

The Veiled Realities: Delving Beyond the Surface Perception of Life

In contemplating the world, I find that true understanding lies not solely in what our eyes perceive, but in the faculties of our minds. The eyes can be fallible, susceptible to deception and misjudgment, whereas the trained mind possesses the capacity for rationality and discernment. While others may behold a society seemingly brimming with love, joy, and happiness, is that truly the complete picture? What remains concealed from our sight? A haunting question persists within me: the realization that the world we inhabit may not align with its surface appearance. It becomes evident that the hardships of others' lives elude casual observation. The collective suffering and agony endured by the masses often go unnoticed. To truly comprehend the state of an individual, one must delve deep into their heart and mind, seeking to understand their joys, sorrows, and the essence of their being. The mere surface, perceptible by the naked eye, represents merely the tip of the iceberg, while th...

Ideology and Religion as Tools of the Elite: An International Relations Perspective

The use of ideology and religion as tools by the elite can be analyzed through the lens of International Relations theories. One such theory is the Realist perspective, which views power as the driving force in international politics. According to this theory, the elite may use ideology and religion to justify their power and maintain their dominance over society. Realist theorists argue that the ruling elite in a society have a vested interest in preserving their power and that they will use any means necessary to do so. Ideology and religion can be powerful tools in this regard, as they can shape public opinion and legitimize the actions of the ruling elite. For example, a ruling class may use nationalism as an ideology to justify their control over a particular territory or population, while at the same time portraying any opposition to their rule as a threat to national security. Similarly, the use of religion can also be analyzed through the Realist lens. Religious beliefs and pra...
